“If you get any closer, Human, Mum said I can stomp you like a bug!” I found it amazing that at this young age the fawn knew how to give a warning sign. I think this is the girl who was hanging under the shade tree recently. She has been staying in the woods close to the house.
She allowed me to take pictures and then she and the kids moved on.
Carole you get the most amazing natural photographs. Your visitors obviously feel very secure in your presence. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
Beautiful! They look so sleek!
They do “cross-fit”
Crossfit! LOL – they must go to the 5am class, as I have not seen them before!! They are beauties.
Carole – great pics — I took Grizzly out to Tiger Bay this morning for a two mile hike — saw lots of turkeys and tons of deer tracks — have you ever been out there with your camera?
Next time you go, call and I’ll go with you!
Your photography is so good you can even make rodents look beautiful! They are gorgeous. I have not been so angry with deer since we fenced our front yard, maybe I will even stop referring to them as rodents.
I’ve always had a special thing with deer—not rodents.
They are beautiful. What great pictures Carole.
