S-litter pups hit the show ring (XBox – Allie) at the Chicago Schutzhund Verein Regional show. They were in the baby puppy class but compared to the older pups in the classes they were really babies, but they held their own and all three placed higher then older puppies.
Oh my gosh, can they be any cuter!! I miss that stage, big blob of furball.. *sigh*
Note to Odin- can you be like 4 years old already so I can get you a brother??!! What’s taking you so long? geeeshh! j/k yo momma loves you like crazy.
You are so funny Josie! 🙂
They are all super nice pups. Nice pictures. Congrats on the VP’s!
Wow—talk about a “keeper” litter. Great photos, Julie.
Samson was the cutest he was so determined to keep up with the bigs dogs. I think he is going to be a real competitor.
He certainly is. He was the only young puppy in his class and he had no trouble keeping pace with those 6 month olds. He looked like he was having lots of fun in the ring. Of course both Sade and Zeta looked like they were enjoying “playing” with the big girls as well.
All in all it was a fun show. Al & Karen’s two did super as well. Both dogs were in tough classes with some awesome dogs. The judge commented about Sabree’s class that it was a hard choice because all three were such excellent dogs, he could have placed any of the three first. It is exciting to see such quality dogs at our WDA Shows.
Irene, did we have a photographer at that show? 😉 Maybe one of the club members would write a report and send it to the magazine. Then someone else will get after that photographer to submit the photos!
Our photographer ended up in the doggie er with her dog and a couple of very fine talent women did step in and take photos. Ray usually loves to write srticles about our show. I will see if he is planning to do it. I have to say the judge was one of the best we have had in our area. He even took the time to give some of the double handlers lessons.
Yeah, Ray is one of the few who does write club reports. Ray has some time to work on it for the Sept-Oct issue. I’ll get the photos from Julie. When you have a judge that is helpful and good dogs presented, it is nice to have someone write about the event.
