Happy Birthday G kids, especially my Gavin, guess his ice cream and Cuz ball will have to wait, or do they have Baskin Robbins and Petsmart in Germany? Hummmmmm?
It was confirmed by Peter that Gavin did have a special treat of eis on his birthday. Gavin also requested some good-ole American beef but was told that had to wait until he was back home with his Mum.
I am so happy Gavin got his “eis”, he also got a new Cuz ball, I had to get Cat litter anyway
and just had to buy him one, so a big green Cuz sits on the shelf awaiting him. I also will indulge him his beef when he returns, a big fat roast beef sandwich from the incomparable Phillipes Roast Beef sandwich shop, he loves them! 🙂
I agree with you, Julie. Where are the G-kids’ pix?!?

Julie, my Mom was asking what Gavin was learning, so I ordered from Leerburg a dvd on Schutzhund that explained the different legs, she loved it, than turned to me and said Gavin does that? I knew exactly what she meant and we both started laughing, it’s just hard to imagine the Gavin that left here in November doing that!!!! LOL, My Mom only knows the happy go lucky, in your face, playfull, goofy Gavin! It was hilarious, on a serious note I absolutely love the way he is maturing and filling out, it’s so easy to see it when you don’t see him everyday, he is just a gorgeous boy, you have the absolute best German Shepherds around, bar none. 🙂
LOL Gavin just got a birthday card from his Insurance Company. :0
Simple. I gave her the birthday ball and headed straight for the field, completely bypassing the swimming pool. Photos taken now would be the typical “Garbo wet” shots. She can be completely dry until I say, “Garbo, it’s time to come in.” Then she will take at least two or three complete dunks in the pool and then comes to me with that silly smile on her face.
Carole, Great pictures of beautiful Garbo. I agree with Julie, we need pictures of ALL the gorgeous “G” pups……

Grunewald ( Aka Felix) sends his love to his sisters Garbo and Gracie and bros Gavin and Gunner! Life is good – chasing balls and squirrels and lots of long walks with my buddy Happy and Mom & Dad!

Lorie, they have very good “eis” (ice cream) in Germany. I am sure eis will be on his birthday menu. 🙂 I really miss the big guy too.

Happy Birthday kiddos, hope ya’ll will be served steaks and potatoes today!
I hope we get to see more pictures of the beautiful G-kids. That is a not-so-subtle hint!

LOL that is a very cute story! Gavin loves doing schutzhund but he does like to be silly doing obedience.
How did you keep Garbo dry long enough to get such gorgeous shots?

Thank you Ann and Chuck. “G”lad to hear Felix is living the good life! But brother Gavin wants to know if he got “eis” for his birthday like he did.
Julie, I have not had a chance to meet Garbo, but his face looks a lot like Gryph’s face to me. Beautiful!
Happy Birthday to the G guys and gals. Another stunning bunch of youngsters!
Happy Birthday Garbo, Gavin and all the other “G” kids. Big hugs to you all!
