I loaded Nuke up and took him to the park this afternoon, where we encountered a LOT of other dogs. Everyone was taking advantage of the momentary sunlight I guess. He had a good time and wore himself out chasing other dogs and being chased in turn. I had lots of good photographic material to work with.
That one was my favorite. (view larger) My husband said “what IS that thing?” I think she looks like a muppet. 🙂
Then there’s this series, which I like to call….
…”Poor Victim Selection.”
Don’t worry, they made friends.
Then… the tables turned.
They took turns chasing one another around me. 🙂
Perfect captions to awesome action shots. I felt as if I was there with you!
I love these action shots! The next time one of our GSDs gets muddy, I guess we can be thankful that we do not own The Muppet!
Great pictures as usual. I love all your comments about Nuke and his friends. He sure is a lucky boy to have all those wonderful places to go walking and hiking with you…and so many different dogs to play with.
I am LOL thank God for all of you, really bad day at work and you are actually making me smile and laugh. I am with your husband “what is that thing” I opened up your view-larger link and saw it is a labradoodle. “Poor victim selection” series is priceless! Thanks again.
What fun! I wonder how many baths the hound got when they go home! LOL
Thanks guys! I am lucky to live so close to the river! It seems like as soon as Nuke dries off I can just brush the dirt off of him, so he’s doing pretty good without a bath so far. I do not envy the owners of the muppet trying to wash her!
