Long-overdue photos of XBox- Allie S-litter puppies. Mos and I were in Arizona for a few days. Caitlin who has helped with the dogs for so many years she is like family, took care of the babies. Here is an email exchange between Caitlin and I. Just remember neither Caitlin or I are big talkers/writers.
Me:
How are things going? I miss my puppies. 🙁
Caitlin:
Things are going great. I’m having a great time watching the puppies attempt to eat food. What a mess! Atleast they all smell like vanilla. I was wondering if you wanted me to give them mini baths either tomorrow or Sunday? They’re all a bit sticky. It’s quite funny how their little legs are still wabbley so they tend to fall face first in the food. (Some even fell asleep in their food this morning.) he puppy pen is also ready and I think the puppies are too. One of them crawled out of the pool yesterday and I have been getting them out to walk around b/c they seem to be getting very active. Over the weekend I also noticed that the puppies have finally started acknowledging me and have been getting interested in things other than sleep and milk : ) The last two days they have also been doing a good job of eating their food. The rest of the dogs are good too. : )
Puppies are 3 weeks old in the above photos, go back and compare to their newborn pictures:

OMG, too cute, look at the size of them. They are like fat, black toads. There is hardly enough room at the milk bar. Looks like Allie is ready to go back to the single life. LOL
Three weeks? In a couple more weeks, you won’t even be able to find Allie. The toads take up the entire photo already.
How beautiful! They grow so fast-snuggle while you can.
Allie is a sweetie. And the puppies are huge! I just have to ask, when you got her reply, did you want to head back home because you were missing out on the new puppy developments?
It is great that you have Caitlin, and can count on her to do the things that need to be done, and you don’t have to worry about the dogs, because you KNOW she is taking care of them.
Having that trust is priceless.
Awesome job Caitlin.
Yes I did want to head home. Caitlin is a dog person 100%, she loves them and she doesn’t miss a thing. I like to hear her observations on the puppies, another set of experienced eyes watching them is a good thing.
I miss puppies so much!! Forget Bieber fever, I have PUPPY FEVER! 🙂
OMG did you really just type that???LOL
