I won. Maybe the muskrats need to see Gustavo to learn how to be tough like me. The varmint didn’t see me coming. I smelled him outside my fence and when Jon let me out I let him have it (Jon didn’t see it coming). The muskrat bit me and left a small gash on my jaw. He was much worse off. I had to go to the doctor today to get it checked out and get some antibiotics and a poke in my butt. I am so tough that I didn’t even flinch. I weight 55lbs and am in heat for the first time. So much fun around here!
Wow!! You’re one tough girl!! Roman got into it with an opossum a few months ago. Fortunately, the opossum played dead and no one was injured.
Those Opossums are pretty fearless when it comes to the dogs, they know their playing dead routine works. They climb into my dog runs, fenced front area regularly.
I am glad Kenya is OK those muskrats have huge teeth and substantial claws. Your muskrat looks like a big one and quite beautiful. You helped solve a mystery, Kira captured one of these and I did not know what it was at the time, but as soon as I saw your picture I knew.
I’m glad that Kenya is OK. It sure was pretty.
