Allie with the first 3 puppies:

Now with 5 pups, the 5th is tucked under her head to the left:

Now 6 pups

and the final count 9 beautiful babies. Mos was once again correct. Looking at ribs and skeletal body parts is not the way to count unborn puppies.  Allie with her new brood and 6′ tall Al Sessions is squeezed into the baby pool with Allie.

Wait—are you saying that Mos was right with the count of nine, or nine BOYS?!?

Allie looks great and the pups are big and fat.

Congratulations Allie – you are the best and of course you produce the best babies!!! Can’t wait for more updates.

Seeing these little beauties reminds me so much of my excitement at seeing the ‘D’ Litter. At the time I didn’t even realise we’d be lucky enough to be the proud parents of a pup from that litter!

Were they all boys then, or will you get your wish and be able to keep a female?

Andrea I see where Sabree got the ability to make me feel very guilty when I haven’t done anything. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

I will consider all Bribes!LOL

Yeah, some girls. I think we need a second Allie obligatory waistline shot–After all, us girls want to proove that it is all baby weight!!! Nice to see a bunch of fat healthy pups and a tired but content mama. I bet the house will be hopping soon with 9 bouncy pups!!!!

Oh, Julie how beautiful those babies are!! Remember when we were talking at Gustavo’s and you said it had been three weeks and you were unsure whether Allie was pregnant, and then we laughed because that is what you had said before the great “O” litter was confirmed. I have one of thos great “O” litter pups (O’Gryphon) and I say that quite often, oh, Gryphon! Yesterday I washed the cover to his bed pillow. He has a favorite stuffed caterpillar that he likes to sleep with-so when I heard him in his crate I started smiling to myself thinking he was getting his caterpillar out. Well, he had ripped a hole in the pillow covering and was jumping on it watching the stuffing fly out. It was quite funny to watch, not so much fun to clean up.

Jean, I laughed out loud when I read this, I had a mini movie playing in my head of Gryph doing this! Julie mentioned that conversation the other day when I walked in and seen Allie looking like you could poke her with a pin and she would go flying around the room like a balloon!
I showed the pictures of Allie and the pups to David and said who is this? Right away he said that is Sabree! Then we had to debate that because he was positive it was her.

I think Al is getting a reputation with Julies girls! LOL Allie waited for Al to get there before getting started. We said she was waiting for Al so she could get some of the loving the other girls had gotten. And it was true, she did get it.
