GO PACKERS!!!! What a great game and to think the Detroit Lions beat them during the season. Next year we will be watching the Lions in the playoffs. Packers took their weakness and made them their strengths, this is what this commercial does with Detroit. I think it was the best super bowl commercial. The only problem with it, is it wasn’t a commercial for Ford.
Wouldn’t be super cool if next year it was the Detroit vs Packers for next year’s super bowl???
Julie- Lions and Packers are both in the National Conference (NFC) so they cant meet in the Super Bowl. But it would be cool to beat the Packers to get there!
Also, I agree on the Chrysler ad (though it pains me!). It was really well done.
OK, so that was shows the extent of my football knowledge. This I do know, the Lions doing well this coming season would do so much for Michigan and all of us Michiganders.

Julie, this commercial rocked!! Thought it was fantastic. I’m from Cleveland, so I’m used to having a lousy football team. Maybe next year! By the way…I drive a Jeep 🙂

That would be a blast! We could all get together at the super bowl. Where will it be 2012?
2012 Super Bowl is in Indianapolis…..So much for warm weather!
But easy driving distance and the stadium will be filled with Lions fans!
This whole commercial is ingenious, just turns everything about Detroit on its head, and that tag-line “imported from Detroit” is pure brilliance.
