We had visits from Ed and Betsy with their puppy out of Allie sired by X-Box. Jake is a very handsome guy, but to enthusiastic to hold still for a stacked shot. You will have to take my word for it that his structure is very nice.
Carla heard I needed help cutting nails and worming pups so she stopped by. Thank you again Carla for your help! She brought Jake’s litter sister Eva, who is quite the little pistol.
Eva with a rawhide she found…and now bleongs to her!
Haven’t I seen these puppies somewhere before? Maybe Carole is right and there is only one, being shown under various names. Guess I should check on where Raj is at the moment.
Both very nice pups. Love those Allie kids!
I see that the rubber stamp has stuck again! Love these kids!
I love the back faces! Eva looks like Via’s twin, all the way down to the mischievous look in their eyes.
When I see the size of these litter mates I realize that my Via ( A.K.A. THE MOOSE BUTT) isn’t as over sized as I thought.
I need to get back to working on stacking. Via has a nice natural stack but doesn’t hold it long enough for me to get a photo. I had been stacking her on the top of a Varikennel but it isn’t long enough anymore.
How about some hints on how to train stacking on a puppy who never holds still for a second? OK, I can get a sit if I scratch under the chin. The “cookie” sit is not yet a stay. Instructions, please–Robin? Julie? Carole?
I wrote a lesson plan on teaching a freeze a while ago. We’ve worked on it some but have been doing other impulse control games lately.

Ann, If you watch Kapone’s protection video there are some hints for you in there. Notice when Kapone is fixed on the bite sleeve, then Al touches him and moves his legs around and stacks him, when he holds still for a second he gets releases. It is the “you do what I want you get what you want” routine.
