There haven’t been as many Nuke photos lately primarily because we have had the House of Plague here for nearly two weeks. But we are finally better. 🙂 It was eighteen degrees and blowing snow outside this morning, but we had a WILDPUPPEH in the house so there was nothing for it but to bundle up and take him to the playground. Not a lot of accumulation yet, but it’s coming, believe me.

Behind the cut are a lot more pictures of today’s playtime. 🙂

Want to know how we get him to stand still like that? Check it out – here’s a close crop from the same photo.

You might ask “But Stacy! How do you stay warm?” Here’s how:

He looks so grown up! And you people obviously have the right kind of clothes for the weather, which is a good thing.

Yeah, I am so amazed by how fast he’s growing! I haven’t weighed him since his 4 month birthday, but I am guessing he’s at 40 pounds now.

I have lived in Montana for nearly 7 years now and my husband has been here over 20 so yes, we are used to it. The teens really aren’t that cold, but the wind was crippling today so I had to cover as much exposed skin as possible. We even keep emergency cold weather clothing in our vehicle in case we get stuck somewhere.

Oh man, you call that snow…. look at Robin’s pictures from Minnesota, southern MN at that. But I will give you that 18 degrees is pretty darn cold. So glad I moved south from Minnesota to the banana belt of Michigan!

Where is the puppy I sent you?

There wasn’t much Saturday but we got about an inch more this morning, with two days of snow expected this week. We’ll see! We usually don’t get much accumulation until December but then it can get knee-high. :p Nuke is LOVING the snow though – it transforms him into Ultra Wild Child.

The puppy you sent me disappeared one night and was replaced by this other dog with satellite dish ears! :p
