August 18th, final count 6 girls and 3 boys. Nine puppies so it took some time but it went smoothly and quickly. The puppies’ weights were absolutely perfect. The smallest was 16 oz and the heaviest 18 ounces….and literally gaining weight in front of our eyes.
The pup that is sort of “arched” across the top of the other pups was the last born and she is still wet.
Life is good!
Yay, Allie! August 18th is my birthday, too. 🙂 I bet she is happy that part is done. Love the picture with the pup resting it’s head on her giant paw!
These pups certainly should learn to play with others! What an amazingly even litter–and the feet are big already
Great job Allie, Julie, Mos and Monica. What a nice litter of pups.
August 18th was my birthday also, now we have a whole bunch of birthdays in the family!
I’ll share my birthday anyday with these darlings. Great job everyone.
Happy Birthday Joe and Karen!!!
August 18 is also the saints’ day of Florus and Laurus, patrons and protectors of horses and other animals. On the real calendar, of course, we would celebrate this on August 31–but we can simplify things and have two celebrations.
All look great—congratulations, Allie!
9 puppies….WOW!! Way to go Allie Girl!! Congrats!!
So wonderful. Congratulations!!!
Fantastic for Allie!!!
Keep the updates and pics coming!
