Kayla/X-Box L Litter—3.5 weeks.
The pups decided to be big dogs and didn’t want a whelping box anymore. I said they were rather young to be big dogs, but they have proven me wrong! I moved their whelping box (with the pups in it) into the hallway and rearranged their room. Puppy crates to replace the whelping box and papers to potty.
Once again, much to my amazement the pups entered their new digs, used the papers and took a nap in the puppy crates! They either sleep on blankets on the floor, or curl up in a crate.
These pictures were taken three days ago—when the pups moved into their “big dog” room.

Look at those pads! Check out that bone!
They are incredible! All they need now is Big Dog tee-shirts
The Kira-Joker pups are at this stage now, they are hoping in and out of their litter box. But mostly out.
