It’s Warm Here

Just wanted to let you know that I arrived at my new home ok. The first day I met and got to know my new family. Jan and Rich are very nice. They have two other dogs that look like they might belong in my family tree some where.

After a little rest I went out to the ranch to see what the herding thing was all about. I checked out a pen full of some sheep and goats then sat around and watched some of the work that was going on. Let me tell you that just watching made me tired so I found some shade and took a nap.

The next day we went out for some food. I was a bit confused because people around here wear pants that have no legs, how am I going to bit and chew on pant legs that aren’t there?? Not only that but all the shoes have already been chewed by other dogs, they call them sandals or something like that. Anyway the best part was that it was very warm and I was not doing well with the heat so I had them get something called a margarita. After drinking that I woke up under the table with a slight headache.

I’m having a great time and the weather is wonderful although a bit warm for me, I’ll just have to adjust. Thank you for finding me such a wonderful place. I miss you and hope I’ll see you again.
