Gracie to Lukas: Watch it, buster! I have sharp needle teeth and I am not afraid to defend my honor! Gracie, of course, owns me and Lukas owns Lisa and Bill Ford.

I personally don’t miss the needle teeth, I was just looking at Gia’s beautiful pearly white big girl teeth (while giving her an extended belly rub this am) and musing about this. Your baby is growing like a weed, Margot! I love the pink collar – Gia outgrew her pink one and now wears a hand-me-down green collar from Chief.
So Lukas is a new brother for Bauer? And it took me a while to catch on, but Kayla now has Garbo? I guess one is never enough with Alta-Tollhaus dogs, right?
PS- how is your handsome Vida doing? I haven’t seen anything on the blog about him lately?
You are certainly correct about Alta-Tollhaus dogs – I now have 4 and that is not enough! I would love to get another girl in the near future, hopefully from Zucca.
Is Gia Lukas’s littermate? I like her name.
Lukas and Bauer are spending the weekend with me – I will try to get some pix so Chief can see his bro Bauer.
Now that I am getting caught up with work on the farm, my next post will include Vida who is always ready for the camera!
Gracie’s collar is fl. orange. She has already outgrown her hot pink collar that I bought for her and she has moved up 2 crate sizes since I got her with another upgrade coming very soon. Yep, she is growing like a proverbial weed – I have no idea how big she will eventually be.

Hi Margot-two dogs will have to suffice for me or else I will need a bigger house. Not a bad idea actually – I yearn for more land.
I sure hope you get that Zucca baby girl some day.
Gia is from Gorbi & Kira – I don’t think she and Lukas are littermates. I like her name too, short and different and I wanted something Italian this time around (since I am Italian).
I always enjoy seeing pix of the handsome Vida and Bauer, I will watch for them.
You are right of course, that collar is orange ((I must be going color blind)!
I can believe she’s outgrown so many crates already. Gia went from small to medium so fast I skipped large and just put her in Chief’s Xlarge crate months ago (he never goes in it anyway – it is more of a purgatory for him – and she was always running in there – so I just let her have it). She looked so diminutive in that giant crate – of course now, she almost fits it. ha ha – I guess my baby is growing like a weed too.
Love the pix of Gracie and Chevy (newer post). You can really tell how big she’s gotten in comparison to Chevy. That’s so cute about the tooth. As much as I hate the needle teeth, I must confess I found about 4 of Gia’s during her teething period and saved them for keepsakes – is that goofy? (I never found Chief’s – he must have swallowed them – I did keep his little white ribbon – Julie cut it off him when we picked him up and was going to toss it – I asked to have it – she probably thought I was nuts as it was kinda dirty and tattered – I still have it with his stuff – don’t think it would fit him now) funny what we do as dog parents, isn’t it? Oops, I am really digressing, aren’t I? take care…..

Margot, thank you for the picture! I know his owners are camera-phobic so it is good to see a picture of Lukas.
