Rudi has been visiting Camp Kayla for a long weekend. It is a rather boring vacation for Rudi—he just has me as a playmate. Kayla is in heat and flirting with him way toooooo much! We either had too much heat or too much rain for good photo sessions. This would also be easier if I had an assistant—throwing ball, and taking pix with a fast dog is not easy!
Is this really an Alta-Tollhaus dog??? Rudi is not very impressed with Kayla’s pool. Is it perhaps, the size of the pool, or is it just that Rudi is “uppity” from living in Naples? hmmm…
I was not trying to be creative. This is what you get when shooting with a telephoto lens and dog says, “Hey, you have my ball and I’m not moving!”
I really like “eyes of the dog” pictures. Maybe we’ll have to do a series …
Carole these are wonderful pictures of Rudi. It looks like he’s having so much fun with you! Now I want Joe to take some close ups of Schumi because I love the ones you took of Rudi!!

I might also add that Kayla is very sad that I’ve not allowed her to play with Rudi. She was very happy to see him. Never once tried to rip his lips off. While Rudi is crated, his crate has two snaps attached because Kayla keeps trying to open his door. Whoever is loose lies against the other dog’s crate.

Thank you Carole for allowing Rudi to attend Camp Kayla once again. By the way, did Kayla teach him to jump up or is he just that happy to be home??? Actualy, today he’s not been so bad so perhaps he is happy to be home and really did miss us.
