I told this bunny that she was the bravest bunny I have ever met. She was sitting by the water’s edge. One so brave would have to be a female! A bunny at Lake Woodruff was the last thing I expected to find.
What is a lake without bull frogs?
After my trip around the lake, I found the bunny still in her spot. I thanked her for allowing me the honor of taking these pictures.
These swamp rabbits have different ears then their Northern relatives.

Of all our wildlife, I see rabbits very seldom. Poor things don’t stand a chance around here!
