Vida (Zucca x Omar) invited Jack (Kira x Markus) and Lexie for a romp on the farm today. He treated Jack very kindly, like a perfect big brother. Vida is one tough doggie – if the water is not frozen, then he thinks it is fine for a quick dip. Jack saw the white water and decided to postpone his swimming lesson for another day. Lexie loved running full speed down the steepest hills and then running full speed up the steepest hills all over again! Now that is something I wish I could do!

Now that Vida, I can not believe that dog. I am only an hour west of you so I know how cold it was today. That is a true working dog with a correct working coat. Jack being a long coat would have ended up thoroughly chilled by the water, so he was very smart to trust his instincts and stay out. Long coat and all Jack is looking very handsome!!!

Vida is such a HANDSOME boy! Jack is a male version of my Tasha girl. I got CHILLS just seeing the cold snowy pictures. I can’t believe Vida was in that water… I say Jack was very smart about not getting in. I can’t say for sure if Tasha would not have gone in.
Did Vida take his swim after coming out of the sauna?
