Absolutely, Carole. Mi casa su casa. Du bist sehr welcommen meinen haus. How’s about this weekend? We are supposed to get a foot of snow tonight and a cold snap. Bring snowshoes. Oh, do you know what they are? Ha ha!

Oh yes I do! They are like giant flip-flops, right?

So Margot—since you are in the mood to torment me, I’ll tell you about our 80 degree weather! It has been warm and sunny all week and should stay that way through Christmas. Maybe you should be spending the weekend with me!? Bring shorts and we’ll modify your snowshoes!

Yeah Carole – nobody needs to hear about your 80 degree weather! You have gone too far! Seriously though, don’t you have HUGE bugs down there in Florida? And like dreadful humidity?

Vida looks like he is floating on a big lavender cloud!

HUGE Bugs are about 2.5 hours south of me. We just have small to medium size bugs here. A small price to pay for warmer weather. The dreadful humidity won’t be back until May or later.

Just curious – what is the average size of a “medium” bug? 2 inches 3 inches? Do these bugs have names?

You girls have watched too many Sci-Fi flicks! I live in FL, not the Amazon! Our largest bug is the Palmetto bug—about 1″, maybe 1.5″ at the most. The further south you go, the larger they get. (The cats love when a Palmetto bug sneaks into the house!)

I agree with Liesje we don’t want to hear about your 80 degree weather!

Margot I would sleep in one of those cages!
