Carole has already left for Germany to attend the BSZS in Aachen

For the half a week between when Carole left and when I leave I was given the task to check in on the people in Florida who are taking care of Kayla. This is just too funny not to share with you…..I asked how Kayla was:
She dug up a waterline off the back of Carole’s pump house and has been playing in the water leaking from the line. We are getting it repaired.
Of course it isn’t my water line that needs repairing…they assume Kayla broke it. I say, It was probably already broken. How else would she know it was a water-line? In reality she saved Carole a bunch of money by finding the leak!
It was almost dark when we returned home. I will say that our yard looks quite different. My brother has decided that it isn’t wise to leave Kayla unattended in the yard for long. Duh! What part of “do not leave Kayla in the yard unsupervised” is hard to grasp?
As Ann told me a few weeks ago…the games are over. The need to dig to China has passed.
That’s what happens when you allow a very smart dog to entertain herself!
Well Carole, no comments posted here but I have several emails about Kayla digging up your water line. All of them were a version of I laughed so hard blank blank—peed my pants, fell off the chair, got a stomach ache, etc.
I hope it isn’t anything serious. I still think she found the leak and not create it.
