Oberon (red collar boy from the S litter) has been at his new home for a little over a week…
We simply could not love him more!!! He is a smart, spunky, loving puppy!
The car ride home to Traverse City.
What a doll!
One of Obie's favorite napping spots...
...and another favorite spot to nap...
Hi guys, I am so glad you got him. These puppies are such characters. What dog or cat doesn’t like to nap in the sun beam.
It looks like pure bliss.
I hate to say but if it was me I would probably use some excuse like, I got down here to make sure he was breathing and next thing I know I was waking up to puppy kisses! LOL
I know I’m terrible.
Ha ha! We have done our fair share of snuggling Obie while he sleeps! Who could resist?!
It’s nice to see another Julie pup here in TC. If you need any recommendations on trainers or best dog swimming beaches, just ask. Being a A-T dog, you know Obie will love the water!
Garth
Thanks, Garth! We can already tell he will love the water (based on his love for playing in his water bowl)!!! Hope to see you around! 🙂
Oberon looks absolutely delightful. He is going to grow up to be such a handsome boy.
I suppose it is only to be expected as they are brother and sister, but he looks like the male versoin of Zeta.
We’re just like you, we couldn’t love Zeta any more if we tried. Keep the photos coming and we can compare notes.
Thanks, Andrea! It would be great to reunite Obie and Zeta sometime! Maybe sometime when we’re in Brighton visiting our brother again. Take care!
We were unintentionally in TC Memorial Day weekend and thought about you guys but didin’t have a number to call. If you’d like to swap cell numbers for when we are next there or you are in Brighton, drop me an email Andreag911@aol.com.
We were camping at Fisherman’s Island near Charlevoix, but took a drive to TC as it rained for most of Saturday.
You didn’t see the Black Bear running around in your neighborhood did you? We saw an article in our local paper about it when we got home.
Oh my goodness what a cutie!!
Congratulations on your new puppy! He is adorable.
Hi, Kyle and Kate–welcome to the A-T family! Your pup is beautiful. We live in Leelanau County, near Lime Lake. Garth (above) and I would recommend the same trainer: Sam Jones (in TC). We had a great experience with his class! I’ll keep my eyes open on the beaches–surely, Obie will spend a great deal of his summer in water of some sort, whether it’s water dishes, or with hoses, or “real” water! 🙂
Thanks for the nice welcome!
We are scheduled to start one of Sam’s classes in June. We also have a dear friend from high school who helps Sam teach some of his classes. Hope to see you around this summer! 🙂
Look at him in the car, it is like he completely understands he is off to start his new life. Thank you for sharing the pictures I look forward to seeing more.
