If your photos are slightly blurry, try this:
For still images:
- Set the mode dial to (Scene Selection).
- Select High Sensitivity mode and change the ISO so that the shutter speed is faster. Select a larger number for the ISO. It will reduce image blurring in dark locations or with moving subjects.
I would try that first. If that doesn’t get you the desired result, try changing to Advanced Sports Shooting. There is also a setting called Pet mode, but I have no idea what the results would be. It probably does not refer to a moving GSD puppy!
Let me know if this helps. If not, I’ll do some research.
I didn’t have my “good camera” with me today, just a point and shoot so didn’t get very good shots.
There’s always one looking the wrong way, and it’s usually Kora!

Julie,
Here are a few more scenic pictures (without the dogs on them!) that we took during our walk yesterday.

…I could not resist adding a couple more of Ivan!

It was also extremely windy, so not the best day for photos:

These guys were playing right at the base of Blue Spring. 35 degree outside temp, 69 degree water temp in the spring. When the temperature drops, the manatees must move out of the river and into the springs to survive the cold weather.

This cow tucked her very young calf under the mangrove. She is checking on it.

This Barred Owl has been visiting my yard. It was pitch black when I took these pix so not too easy to focus.

Last night it was sitting on the roof of my pump house—perfect photo op. However, it is too large for me to leave Batman unattended while I get my camera. Hello, Jennie…Batman was carried off by a big owl. Do you think she’d believe me? Hey, that’s a good one! Hello, Michigan People….Gustavo was carried off by a big owl.
Tonight when we make our potty trip, I will bring my camera just in case.
