Bauer at 8 months

I came up with my own little game we do daily.  I say “ready” 1,2, or 3 times and then toss him a piece of kibble or small treat.  He snaps it right out of  midair.  His record is 27 consecutive before missing.  This is a simple exercise but forces him to concentrate and I can control how fast or slow to go and he really likes doing it. One has to get creative with a dog like him.  Jack likes to call him George the
Animal Steel or Nacho Libre in recognition is his wrestling prowess.  Also, the clever boy learned how to open the door from his
room leading out to the garage - he stands up on it and uses a jaw/paw combo manuever and opens it up and runs out there and gets
into trouble - so we have to remember to always lock the door behind us.
