By-tor and The Snow Dog
Here’s Roman at 9 months. He reminds me this old Rush classic. Neil Peart wrote lyrics after observing his friend’s dogs:

The “Run Like A Dog” Workout
I found this workout in my latest issue of Runner’s World. Roman and I do this several times a day. For anyone looking to shed a few of those upcoming extra holiday pounds, it’s sure to work.
*Walk 8 seconds*Trot 4 seconds*Stop.Sniff*Sprint 7 seconds*Freeze*Walk 5 seconds in any direction but forward*Stare 9 seconds*Lunge at rabbit*Double back, walk 3 seconds*Urinate*Repeat 6 times* Collapse on rug. The only part that Roman doesn’t do is the collapse on rug……Enjoy!!!! Rita
A True Working Dog
While some shepherds spend their days lounging around, Roman likes to work. We’re having new carpet installed in two bedrooms and he decided to help me tear out the old stuff. I actually got the job done in half the time and only had to pay him a few biscuits! I took these pics w/ my cell phone…not Chris’s camera..sorry.
