Today a friend brought me a bag full of fleece toys for the puppies. I gave them several and upon watching them it became evident that one of the pups has grasped the concept of "whoever has the most toys wins" and was covertly hiding toys when the other pups were not paying attention. They also think brooms are super cool toys especially when I am trying to use one. Around 5 weeks puppies can sometimes go through there first fear period, there was absolutely no hint or sign of any fear period with these 4.
