The “Run Like A Dog” Workout
I found this workout in my latest issue of Runner’s World. Roman and I do this several times a day. For anyone looking to shed a few of those upcoming extra holiday pounds, it’s sure to work.
*Walk 8 seconds*Trot 4 seconds*Stop.Sniff*Sprint 7 seconds*Freeze*Walk 5 seconds in any direction but forward*Stare 9 seconds*Lunge at rabbit*Double back, walk 3 seconds*Urinate*Repeat 6 times* Collapse on rug. The only part that Roman doesn’t do is the collapse on rug……Enjoy!!!! Rita

I was following along quite fine until the urinating part, I never could master peeing in the woods so I know it just won’t work for me during a workout…. I will try the rest though!

This was very funny! We are heavy on the “lunging at squirrels” part around here. The blasted things are everywhere!
