The Illustrated Standard of the German Shepherd Dog

Written and illustrated by Linda Shaw, MBA.  I’ve asked Linda for permission to add her link to my website and to post it on the blog. Her illustrations are excellent and explanation of proper structure is well worth reading.

Oh my Gosh !!! I’ve been talking about this for years now & have a very worn printed copy of her work.

The Mechanics of Movement is the very best as well as … all of it … drawings really show *what* without the distraction of photograph specifics, like the Roger Tory Peterson field guide.

I have often thought to commission a piece from her of “Bob” …

Thank you Carole for bringing everyone the URL !!!

Thanks for posting Carole. This is a great educational piece for someone, like me, who desires to learn more about the breed.
