Thanks for that last pic! We’ve been working on Nikon’s reactivity toward other dogs. He may not ever be a “dog park” dog, nor do I want him to be, but I’m working on keeping him focused with other dogs very close. It’s mostly my fault, since he was a winter pup I could take him lots of indoor places to see people, but he didn’t meet as many dogs, I don’t know many people with dogs. He’s making good progress. Lying down next to another dog that close without me touching him or his leash is a big step, even if it is his own mother!! Yesterday we went to the dog beach and there were about 6 dogs in a row, all playing fetch with their own toys and not bothering each other or running away, Nikon included.
