Fuzzball
Anyone who knows Shibas knows that they don’t just shed… they MOLT! We met a breeder at the last dog show in Detroit who let us know the proper term, it’s called “blowing coat.” Well, here’s Pascal doing just that, and Roman in for the party. It was windy on Sunday, so Roman had a blast chasing fuzzballs.

Is now the time to mention that Pieka does not shed (or at least very little)? If I run a brush over her, I might get some hair but we do not have fur lying loose on the floor. It may be a technical fault…but it is still awesome.
