Miscellany
Or maybe the title should be pictures that didn’t quite turn out. The “ears” are Kayla’s.
My goofy friends and puppy class crew: Hal, Nick, and Heather. The look on Nick’s face is one you get when you call him Nick-a-doodle or was it Nick-a-roni?

Ostara helping to socialize the puppies.

Another picture that didn’t quite turn out but could have been a good one….Kayla of course. She wants to challenge Chopper for the title of the most-photographed-dog-in-the-world!
Brags – SchH 1, SchH3 3-peat and Rally Advance
Many brags this past weekend:
At the Great Lakes Working Dog Association Elkhart, IN, Saturday May 24, 08; Barbara Eichman MD earned a SchH I and a SchH III on two of her dogs. Barbara writes about her Czech import, Polo z Danaru SchH1:
I am very pleased with him for his first time out and having had me on the tracking line only about 3 times etc. He had an 88 track (lost focus with all the dogs and other people around as he is not used to that), 92 obedience for high obedience, and 97 protection for high in protection and high in trial. He got better and better as the day progressed so now he is a SchH1 with a lovely high in trial trophy from Germany .
Also at this trial Barbara’s home-bred GSD, Chip earned his third SchH3 with a high in trial track of 96.
Liesje and Chopper earned a new title, Rally Advance (RA), with three consecutive legs and these placements: 1st, 1st, and 2nd. At the same shows Charlene and her Portuguese Podengo also finished their Rally Advance title.
