Bauer sends greetings

Hi, Everyone,
This is me on my last day of vacation. I had a great time, especially playing with my good friend Jack, who is a Bouvier but I don’t hold that against him. Now my dad Bill is here and we’re going home to my adoring family where I will resume my dual roles of entertainer and protector. Have a Happy Spring - play in the mud and dig lots of holes.

Thank you Margot for the picture of Bauer! His owners are good at keeping in touch but really fall short in the picture department. Maybe I should start a “buy-Bauer’s-Dad-a-camera” fund?

Here’s an idea for the future. Include a new clause in your puppy contracts for pix every 6 months to be sent to you for posting on the blog so we can all enjoy them!

Hi Bill! Bauer is gorgeous!! I hear you, about running from cameras! I used to be in law enforcement and dislike the media myself!

Then you better give up travel–to most parts of the world. He will have trouble running from all those surveillance cams now
on duty in London and elsewhere. Couldn’t believe it,
but there is even a street cam in Khmelnytsky, Ukraine
(not Kyiv by a long shot). And a friend just came
back from a trip to Prescott, AZ, where some such cam
photoed her husband at the wheel of the rental car as
he went over the speedlimit.
